i am looking steps how install database replica management points and second question what is difference between multiplemanagement and  database replica management

A management point that's configured to use the site database, will use the site database to retrieve information. A management point that's configured to use a database replica, will use a replica of the site database to retrieve information.

The only difference is the database that's used, that's it. A management point is a management point.
